mine cost $300 but that was about 6 years ago - that included the mold, custom-made trays, and bleaching gel. it might be more affordable now. but try the crest strips first... they might do the trick. and no, definitely not covered by insurance.

Reply:i just got mine done at my dentist office they r running a sale i only had to pay 250.00 i love my new smile and they say it should least a while it was not painful like some over the counter strips after awhile they make your teeth sore i like this way better and they are brighter too
